It's that time of year again...time to dust off the golf clubs and get back into the SWING of things!
At the Closing Social last year we voted to have an Ice Breaker Scramble for our Opening Social this year since we did our business meeting in October.
The Opening Social Ice Breaker Scramble is scheduled for Wednesday April 4, 2018. We will have a shotgun start at 5:00. We will play 9 holes and have dinner after. There will be a REALLY nice door prize for everyone!
I have sent everyone an email with the Registration Form in 2 formats - PDF or JPEG. We would really appreciate you getting your registration sent in as soon as possible so we can let Sun Hills know how many will be playing and to get a count for dinner. March 28th is the cut-off date. If you have friends that would like to give SHLGA a try, please send them this email so they can be with us on the opening day of the 2018 season.
Please be sure to indicate on your registration whether you want to be in the 9 hole group or 18 hole group. This indication will let us know which group you will be playing in for the Club Championship.
Remember, at the Closing Social we voted to keep the Club Championship eligibility rounds at 50% of all played Plays of the Day before the Championship. This means that we will have to play 8 PODs this year. The Ice Breaker will count as one of our rounds, so please come and play and get to know the ladies on your league.
